Crimson Stemgrass

This small, crimson grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wispy stalks grow in thin clumps that are sturdy and flexible and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, caramel flower.

During the mid-summer, it produces copious amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of giant grains.
