Spiralpine

This huge tree grows up to 91 meters (298.6 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 129 years old. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has a knobbly, straight trunk covered in thin, ridged, pine-coloured bark, and inside, the light wood is silver.

The excessive amount of branches are short and slender and are covered with large amounts of sticky, large, circular leaves with tattered edges. The leaves themselves are sky blue on the edges and copper at the center.

In late summer it forms large, blood red, shelled seeds.

The roots are shallow and widely spread, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature trees spaced far apart, with the space between filled with undergrowth.
