Pollen Grass

Grass type: Annual (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This big, brown grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The thin stalks grow in thick clumps that are flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, green tuft.

During the early winter, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of large grains.

The seeds are toxic to people but not to certain animals.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
