Bloodvine

This big bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 393 feet (119.8 meters) and growing as high as 37 feet (11.3 meters).

It takes 16 months for the green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are thick and twisted.

The perforated, rough leaves reach up to 2.4 feet (74 cm) in length. They are red and blood red, and have serrated edges.

During late spring, the bine produces dozens of average red flowers.
