Copperleaf

This big flower grows up to 5.8 feet (1.8 meters) tall. Its yellow-green stem is very thin, and the huge, copper leaves are long, tapering with irregular edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Two small flowers sit at the end of each stem. The flowers are 24 cm (9.4 inches) wide, with solid white petals decorated with brown dots and a aquamarine central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 18 curved petals. They are very delicate.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like vomit, and it has copious amounts of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects and is particularly attractive to butterflies.
