Copper Mountain Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In rainy mountain ranges, and On trees.
It is average-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is very tough.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores.
