Waterstem Grass

This small, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, red tail.

During the late summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
