Clinging Orange Grass

This average-sized, orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in thick clumps that are prone to bending and snapping under stress and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, muted purple tail.

During the mid-autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of large grains.
