Blue Puff Grass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This small, copper grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The circular stalks grow in large clumps that are flexible and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, pale blue puff.
During the late autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
