Bluevine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 20 feet (6.1 meters) and growing as high as 898 feet (273.7 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.
It takes 3 months for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are soft and flexible.
The asymmetrical, clammy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are solid florescent blue with violet streaks, and have smooth edges.
It can absorb up to 9 times its own weight in water.
