Clinging Graystalk

This massive, gray grass grows up to 40 feet (12.2 meters) tall. The oval-shaped stalks grow in small clumps that are delicate.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, yellow flower.

During the mid-summer, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of giant grains.
