Copper Vinegrass

Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short, copper grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in extensive patches that are light and frail.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, yellow flower.

During the late autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of medium-sized grains.

It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
