Clinging Blood Grass

This short, blood red and pale red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thin stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, pastel blue tuft.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of giant grains.
