Azure Tail Grass

This short, red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in sparse patches that are sturdy and flexible and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, azure tail.

During the late summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of small grains.
