Aquaflora

This modest-sized tree grows up to 23 meters (75.5 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 208 years old. It is very resistant to disease but is susceptible to destructive insect infestation.

It has a flexible, slanted trunk covered in waxy, dark green bark, and inside, the dense wood is white.

The small handful of branches are tall, rigid and upright and are covered with small amounts of soft, miniature, asymmetrical leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in caramel, light grey and bronze varieties.

In early spring, it produces handfuls of giant, drab blue blossoms with circular petals. They are very delicate and have an overpowering scent that smells like cheap aftershave.

In late summer it forms giant, drab orange, spiky-shelled seeds.

The roots are fine and grow in a large web, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with the space between them filled with thick undergrowth.
