Copperwood Moss

This copper or pale green moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In heathlands, In marshes, and In damp forests.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly hardy.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores.
