Clinging Bronzegrass

This modest-sized, gray and hazel grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in thin clumps that are durable and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, bronze tuft.

During the early summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
