Copperleaf

This short flower grows up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. Its copper stem is very thin, and the giant, yellow leaves are perforated with smooth edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Each stem splits 4 to 10 times; a single medium-sized flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 5 cm (2.0 inches) wide, with olive petals on the lower layer and vibrant orange petals decorated with brown dots on the inner layer. The central disk is sky blue. The flower head is largely flat with several raised round-tipped petals. They are very delicate.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like sweat, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird.
