Climbing Blazevine

This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters) and growing as high as 855 feet (260.6 meters).

It takes 8 months for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The broad, flat, soft leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are a shade of red that gradient shifts to bronze at the top, and have jagged edges.
