Caramelvine
Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This modest-sized, orange-yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very narrow and elongated stalks grow in thick clumps that are strong and tough and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, caramel tuft.
During the early autumn, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.
It is suitable for making paper
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
