Copper Spine Succulent

This short leaf succulent grows up to 9 feet (2.7 meters) tall. The sickle shaped stem is copper, and is covered in dozens of rigid aquamarine spines. The finger-like leaves are solid amber or lime, with lilac streaks. Copious amounts of them grow on wide, yellow branches that trail down across the ground. The leaves are tough, and detach easily.

It is very slow growing, taking 32 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with gold petals and a yellow center, grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is largely flat with 23 tightly layered round-tipped petals. It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like a woman.

The leaf succulent's skin is rock-hard, the florescent orange flesh is slimy, and the silver sap is thin.
