Amber Blossom

This big flower grows up to 3.0 feet (91 cm) tall. Its moss green stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 4 and are thin and straight, and split into numerous branching stems three quarters of the way up, and the small, green leaves are black on the underside and are thick with ripped edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Two small flowers sit at the end of the stem. The flowers are 62 cm (24.4 inches) wide, with amber petals and an amber central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 47 curved petals. They are sturdy.

It has a delicate scent that smells like something putrid, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by insects and is visited by a large variety of them.
