Ambergrain

Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)

This short, pink-red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wide stalks grow in thin clumps that are flexible and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, amber flower.

During the mid-autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of large grains.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It commonly grows in large patches.
All parts of the bine are edible.
