Bluestemgrass

This colossal, brown grass grows up to 38 feet (11.6 meters) tall. The wide stalks grow in extensive patches that are delicate and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, cyan puff.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few large grains.
