Blood Puff Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Sheds its leaves in winter)

This short, gray grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The circular stalks grow in sparse patches that are resistant and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, blood red puff.

During the early autumn, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of tiny grains.

The grains are bitter, but very healthy and slightly bitter.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
