Emerald Clump Moss

This green moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In rainforests, In rainy mountain ranges, and In marshes.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is very rigid.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release thousands of spores.

It is often home to a particular bird species.
It is suitable for making paper
It comes in 16 varieties, each with a different leaf colour.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
