Bleachflower

This modest-sized flower grows up to 1.8 feet (53 cm) tall. Its gray-green stem is wispy, and the small, yellow leaves are cylindrical with wavy edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

Lots of medium-sized flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with cyan petals and a yellow central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 20 curved petals. They are very delicate.

It has a weak scent that smells like bleach, and it has copious amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also visited by some specific types of insect.
