Blue Sky Creeper

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This short creeper is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters)0.

It takes 2 months for the green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The long, narrow, soft leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are sky blue at the bottom and dark grey with caramel patches at the top, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces dozens of tiny pastel purple flowers.

It can survive a long time without water.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
It usually houses a colony of beneficial insects.
