Clinging Tailgrass

This small, yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The triangular stalks grow in large clumps that are flexible and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, brown tail.

During the early summer, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few small grains.
