Olivegrass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)

This short, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in extensive patches that are delicate and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, olive tuft.

During the mid-summer, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of tiny grains.

It is very rare outside of a particular area.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
