Indigo vine

This small bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 13 feet (4.0 meters) and growing as high as 765 feet (233.2 meters).

It takes 4 months for the indigo stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and slick.

The circular, crispy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are solid silver or white, with blood red edges, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the bine produces balls of average turquoise flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of very large berries.
