Creamgrass

This modest-sized, gray-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, cream flower.

During the late autumn, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of large grains.
