Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This modest-sized shrub grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall and lives for around 29 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has dozens of long and flexible, slanted stems covered in thick, cracked, yellow bark, and the wood inside is white.
The branches are very short and thin with dozens of twigs that and are covered with thick bunches of miniature, 9 pointed, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in turquoise and faded red varieties, soft and flexible and smooth.
In mid-spring it produces many balls of medium-sized, yellow flowers with circular petals with a tube-like floral cup. They are very delicate and have an overpowering scent that smells like pine needles.
It has impressive regenerative properties.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
