Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In moorlands, In marshes, and In damp forests.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is very robust.
When mature, emerald cylindrical capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores.
