Bronze

This modest-sized cactus grows up to 54 feet (16.5 meters) tall. The narrow stem is yellow-green, and is covered in copious amounts of fine, bronze, hair-like spines. The spherical body is olive and cream, and is covered in large amounts of flexible slate spines.

It is very slow growing, taking 34 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with petals that are slate on the underside and grey on the top, grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 25 curved petals. It has a soft scent that smells like misty mornings.

The cactus's skin is thick, the brown flesh is smooth, and the turquoise sap is thin and can cause blindness if consumed.
