Pink-red Winding Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This short, pink-red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in sparse patches that are durable.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, brown tuft.
During the early winter, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few large grains.
