Copper Vine

This short vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 15 feet (4.6 meters) and growing as high as 150 feet (45.7 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 2 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are hard and brittle.

The perforated, smooth leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are either peach, or brown with muted red splotches, and have ripped edges.
