Aquamarine Spiralvine
Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This modest-sized flower grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. Its yellow-green stem is thick, and the miniature, yellow-green leaves are wispy with serrated edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.
Each stem splits 5 to 9 times; a single tiny flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 25 cm (9.8 inches) wide, with solid aquamarine petals and a washed-out green central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 56 curved petals. They are sturdy.
It has a delicate scent that smells like candle wax, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by insects and is particularly attractive to a specific species.
It commonly grows in large patches.
