Silvergrass

This modest-sized, silver grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in thick clumps that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, sky blue flower.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of large grains.
