Magenta Clinger

This short flower grows up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. Its moss green stem is thick, and the miniature, silver leaves are light pink-red on the underside and are thick with smooth edges. The leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

Two giant flowers sit at the end of the stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with petals that are dark grey at the sides and magenta at the center. The flower head is largely flat with handfuls of tightly layered round-tipped petals. They fall easily.

It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like vomit, and it has lots of pollen. It is a self-pollinator.
