Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its leaves)This small, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The spear shaped stalks grow in large clumps that are flexible.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, sky blue flower.
During the early winter, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
It is slightly resistant to fire damage.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
