Crimson Twister Vine

This large vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 291 feet (88.7 meters) and growing as high as 70 feet (21.3 meters).

It takes 13 months for the intense red stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 7 inches (18 cm) and are thick and twisted.

The asymmetrical, waxy leaves reach up to 2.8 feet (84 cm) in length. They are a shade of yellow-green that gradient shifts to azure at the top, and have serrated edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many balls of tiny white flowers, and during the early summer, after flowering, it produces lots of large fruits.
