Moss Green Tailgrass

This giant, moss green grass grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, green tail.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of large grains.
