Copper Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This big leaf succulent grows up to 88 feet (26.8 meters) tall. The spear shaped stem is copper, and is covered in brittle caramel spines. The ripped-edged, 9 pointed leaves are found in red and brown varieties. Large amounts of them grow from the base in a random bunch. The leaves are tough, but take some effort to detach.

It is steady-growing, taking 4 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with peach petals that gradient shift to cyan on the outer edge. The central disk is lime, grow at the top, reappearing once every 10 years. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet made up of many raised, round-tipped petals. It has a faint scent that smells like apple.

The leaf succulent's skin is nearly impenetrable, the azure flesh is smooth, and the pastel red sap is thin.

It is possible to grow it from cuttings.
