Brown Moss

This brown moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In rainy mountain ranges.
It is massive, growing up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is extremely flimsy; it takes a lot of damage when trodden on.
When mature, emerald oblong capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores.
