Caramelgrass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows and flowers repeatedly for more than two years)

This small, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thin stalks grow in thick clumps that are sturdy and flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, caramel flower.

During the early summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of giant grains.

It out-competes most other plants for nutrients and light.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It can absorb up to 5 times its own weight in water.
