Aquamarine Twistgrass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short, yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The 2 pointed stalks grow in thick clumps that are light and frail and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, aquamarine tuft.

During the early summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of large grains.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
It usually houses a colony of beneficial insects.
