Graygrass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small, gray-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in thick clumps that are resistant and they overwhelm an area rapidly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, dull purple flower.
During the early autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is difficult to cut through.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
