Aquasapling

This colossal fruit tree grows up to 71 feet (21.6 meters) tall and lives for up to 20 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 50 years old. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a narrow, wavy trunk covered in hard, ridged, silver bark, and inside, the very light wood is yellow-brown.

The sparse amount of branches are very long and thick and are covered with very large amounts of huge, long, narrow leaves with toothed edges. The leaves themselves are solid turquoise with caramel dots.

In early spring, it produces many clusters of medium-sized, white blossoms with fan-like petals. They fall easily and have a delicate scent that smells like cotton.

In mid-autumn it produces small, triangular fruit. The rough silver skin is tough and bitter and savoury, and the soft beige flesh is sweet and juicy. The light grey seed is tiny and is in the centre of the fruit.

The roots form a tightly packed ball, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with grassy ground between them.
